Cancellation Policy

The insurer requires information about the vessel to be on the Inspection Report. The owner or prospective owner is required to supply to Coastal Boat Repairs this information, so they can complete an accurate report. This information includes but is not limited to HIN, Beam, LOA, Make, Model & Boat Builder. If the vessel requires repair to meet the insurance requirements, the Inspection report can be amended for a fee of $180 plus GST however the date on this document will not change. There will be a new inspection of the area that was repaired/replaced. If Coastal Boat Repairs completes this work required by the Inspection Report, the $180 plus GST will be waived for this information & photos to be added to Inspection Report. Our boat inspector can make a time to discuss this report. terms and conditions The report is compiled in part from information provided by third parties that is not verified by documentary evidence. This Report is issued without prejudice to any defence and subject to all and singular the term and conditions of any insurance and/or sale is made under reserve, as to hidden, concealed or undiscovered damage or defects at the time of evaluation. The information is tendered in good faith as a true and accurate assessment of the boats particulars as part of the evaluation carried out in and out of the water.
